Key Responsibilities:-
- To plan, manage, follow-up, control the day-to-day operation of the warehouse and solve problems of overall operations as may arise to assure the processes are completed in an efficient and safe manner
- To plan the arrangement of goods within the warehouse, guarantees proper transactions are executed in a timely manner and makes sure quality, delivery, and productivity targets are met
- To manage and deal with personnel issues such as the recruitment, training and disciplines, and supervise, motivate and monitor performance of the subordinates to ensure productivity improvements
- To oversee picking, packing, sub-assembly and distribution activities and to ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the warehouse and stock
- To produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Qualifications:-
- Thai nationality, Male / Female, age over 32 years
- Bachelor Degree or higher in any related fields
- Minimum 5 years experiences in managerial positions in warehouse & logistic with knowledge and experience of Warehouse and Dispatch management systems
- Strong sense of responsibility, ability to plan and organize work schedules, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to relay instructions effectively and manage and prioritize multiple tasks in an efficient manner
- Good numeracy an aptitude for ICT, initiative and decisiveness, leadership, motivational and team working, enthusiastic, and strong analytical skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel within the organization
- Good command of written and spoken English, and computer literacy
- Able to work at Welgrow Industry, Bangpakong, Chachengsao
