Job Description

·         Verify the account code combination in each purchase requisition ( P/R ) via work flow and ensure commitment cost is in line with the approved budget and inform the department concerned in case it’s over budget

·         Complete service receipts on behalf of the users and ensure accruement of monthly cost into the system

·         Follow up on all invoices so that they are sent to payment process in time

·         Assist the department in charge to prepare the budget, both annual and closing forecast, as well as a explanation for any variance

·         Check the correctness of report to be sent to the department as well as analyze any variance between the actual and

                target budget
