Brief Descriptions:
·         Sales Director will help lead and develop our business in the Banking and Finance Industry space in Thailand. The role requires the candidate to work with Senior Management members in each of the client accounts engaged to develop selling opportunities. The candidate should be an experienced and successful sales person selling IT Hardware, Software & Services into the Banking & Finance segment.
·         Sales of our Horizontal and Vertical solutions in the identified segments.
·         Sales to be achieved through direct and indirect channels
·         Consistent target achievement on quarter on quarter basis
·         Assure right profitability of every order at sales handover stage
·         Account Management for smooth implementation & repeat business
·         Coordinate Marketing and Presales activities for sales achievement; presentation, demonstrations etc.
·         Facilitate Technology and ISV partner engagements.
·         Adhere to established practices, procedures and business conduct guidelines.
·         This is a Senior Managerial role leading a team of Account Managers and Sales Managers.
Qualifications required:
·         Bachelor or Masters Degree in related fields.
·         Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic account management and Sales management with significant client facing responsibility.
·         At least 5 years of consultative sales experience of technology solutions with an emphasis on Banking applications and/or government sectors.
·         Minimum of 3 years of direct responsibility driving large ticket Sales opportunities with assigned Sales Targets.
·         Strong Business Planning and Prospecting abilities.
·         Strong knowledge of Sales process and well developed needs-based selling.
·         Excellent communication and presentation skills, selling skills, business like.
·         Must be a team player and develop a strong pool of sales professionals, profound knowledge of the FSI market.
